There was delay on the repair that prolonged the estimated time of completion. It caused a bit of frustration on my part but when the reason for the delay was explained, I realized that it was beyong their control. There was an email update on the status of the work being done to my vehicle. Upon picking up my vehicle, it was sparkling clean and detailed inside and out. I was very happy driving my car that night.
