It would seem to be a fairly simple replacement for my rear bumper. Once the part was in set the appointment date, and should be a one day in and out. Brought my truck in and received a call advising that the new bumper didnt have the holes in it for the sensors, and will be delayed a day. Received a call advising good to go and should be done early afternoon. Next call comes in advising wrong step panel on bumper, will be another day. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
