I was very satisfied with Cook's repair job to my car& with the help from the receptionists help. The attitude of everyone was exceptional. Nelson was also a big help in answering all my questions. It has been a pleasant experience.

My car was repaired quickly and thoroughly! I appreciated the text updates, too. Cooks collision went above and beyond when they provided complimentary touch-up painting of my rear bumper. Thank you!

Today, I got a call saying it would be completed by 4pm. I requested to be called right away because I needed to get to work by 4pm. I was told I would be called right away. I also requested to be picked up. I was told that would be accommodated as well. Around ****:20pm I called and asked for an update. I was told my representative was at lunch and would call me back. At 2:30pm I called again. I was told my representative was in a meeting and would likely be out by 2:45pm. Around 3:10 I called back 5 times, each time the phone rang and then was cut off- no voicemail available. Desperate to figure out if I needed to walk to work and be without a car the entire weekend ( my car was dropped off Monday, and I was told it would take 3 days..... today is Friday) I called the main number (****-****-xxxx) to ask about my car. After being put on hold I was told my car was ready. I asked for transportation and was told that wasn’t possible. After expressing my frustrations with being told earlier in the day I would have transportation available to me I was told something along the lines of “ it’s Friday, they’re busy” So, in short. My car was two days later than expected ( although this was understandable..... they found additional damage after they got the car in). I had to call 3 different times at 2 different numbers to find out if it was ready or not. I was told I would be provided transportation, and then told that wasn’t possible because it was Friday. I lost over $120 in missed wages. But I guess it’s good they gave me a $6 car wash.

Very happy with explanations and updates provided by Obed. He was very professional throughout the process. The receptionist at the front desk could try to look at least look like she's enjoying her job.

I was very satisfied with the results of my trusks car door lock. Obed also did a great job and was very knowledgeable about what needed to be fixed and how it would get done. I would definitely recommend this place to a friend
