When I first walked in I could not get an appraisal, I had to make an appointment; I can understand that. I made an appointment and then called later to change it from morning to afternoon. When I came in for that appointment, I was informed that it never was changed; so I missed it. I had to make yet another appointment.

The outside of the jeep looks great. However, I am very disappointed with the inside of the jeep not even being wiped down with having been in the repair center for a month and a week. During the accident, there was coffee that spilled. As a result, coffee residue has been sitting on surfaces for a very long time. For having 10,000 worth of repair it was disappointing for being "detailed".

It appears the metal flake in the new paint is a smaller "grain" than the factory flake. It really isn't noticeable until you get the car in bright sunlight. Still, I think it's something that the **** should be aware of.
