Amy was a pleasure to work with. Eric Batres, also, was very accommodating. Cook's went the extra mile with my car, and I appreciate very much the extent they took to repair and touch up the entire body of the vehicle.

When I dropped off my vehicle, I got an estimate on the repairs. When the car was picked up, it was almost double the price! No one called me to discuss this substantial increase. The damage to the front bumper was minimal and I find it hard to believe this was all necessary. I am hopeful they took pictures of any internal damage for the insurance agent. I have pics of the external damage. I've heard of car repair businesses that take advantage of insurance carriers but this increases the premiums for all of us! I hope this is not the case. Either I or my insurance agent should have been called before all of this work was done.

While I understand that a completion date is not always certain, I would have appreciated status calls. I found myself calling on multiple occasions and not receiving calls back. Just because my husband calls and gets ahold of someone does not mean I didn't want a call back from the voicemail I left. One time I called and everyone that could help me was at lunch and the receptionist let me know she couldn't help me either because she was about to go to lunch as well. Really? I'll go elsewhere next time.
