My whole experience with Cooks was nothing short of phenomenal. They know how to make a bad situation into an enjoyable and seamless experience. Someone had played with the radio and changed the options on the display selection. The front drivers and passenger seats were used for something as the floor mats were extremely dirty. Looked like a gray mud in several places and the drivers side entry.
