Delivery was delayed because of repeated mistakes on the orders for replacement parts. Given that my car is a Mercedes and cooks is a certified Mercedes dealership, I expected that getting the parts order correct on the first time should be a no brainer. The staff were very helpful and provided updates regularly.

The adjuster was quite curt and borderline rude on several occasions. As much business as we've given Cooks, I was quite disappointed with the level of customer service. Upon picking up my vehicle, I've also noticed additional damage to the interior that was not there prior to having the work done. I hope Cooks can rectify the situation or I will be taking my future business elsewhere.

The attitude of the person I had to deal with was completely unacceptable. I will never ever take any of my vehicles to cooks collision or recommend anybody to go there I recently had an accident this month where somebody rear ended me and I have taken my vehicle to Diablo auto body and I recommend everybody to take their vehicles there.

Our point of contact, Adam Heller, assessed the damage, explained what work would be done, provided us with an itemized estimate, handled all necessary contact with our insurance, and continually kept us informed as to the progress of the repair work. Mr. Heller is very knowlegeable and has superior customer service skills. The repair was completed on schedule and the workmanship was excellent. Should we ever need a vehicle repaired in the future, it will be at Cook's Collision in Dublin, CA.
