Not completely satisfied but mostly satisfied. Strange to receive emails giving me status updates when the work was done or I had already picked up my car. Not a big deal here, just a little weird. Also, we thought we would get a new rim where the collision occurred. This changed and we were not notified and only found out when we picked up the car. We were not charged and everything was OK and this is what we preferred but notification of this change would have been nice instead of us discovering this on our own. Overall we are very happy and would definitely come back/recommend to friends. Easy process and very nice staff.

Travis and the entire team were amazing and exceeded my expectations. I was so surprised at drop off when the receptionist told me someone could give me a ride to work, a mechanic since the shuttle driver was on break. Amazing! And my car looks good as new and I was so surprised to find it had been washed, vacuumed, and air freshener was sprayed. It was like picking up a new car!!!
