Desiree was outstanding - far better than the one in the collision repair shop across the street. The estimator was accurate. The repair itself was done quickly too. The only reason I did not give a ten - you have to be able to give an estimate of the number of days a repair would take - even an approximate one that you may change later. People do need to arrange alternate transportation and it will help them plan it. And secondly, when you open a vehicle and start work on it that my be a time to give a status update too - even if the estimate has not changed.

When I came to pick up my car I noticed that few things which still needed some fixing like new parts were not aligned properly which could have been caught in the verification process but missed twice(Gieko & Cooks review). Now after **** Hr of fixing I took it back and see all the sensors throughing warnings and issues, I haven't got a chance to take it back, but will soon have to take my car back to Cooks
