We appreciate the work done on our vehicle.
We dropped our car off on Wednesday, May 16th after setting up an appointment by phone. We were told that it would be finished by 4:00 on Friday May 25th. It was not done until Wednesday the 30th at 5:20. Total time was two weeks.
Towards the end of this time frame, I requested a rental car. Office admin. said they needed to check and get back to me. I ended up calling back and was told I could have a loaner car.
There was a discrepancy with our deductible and I needed to do the legwork after being charged $50 over our deductible by Olsen office admin. Office admin told me I needed to pursue a refund through our insurance.
