They were very friendly and helpful! They were informative and kept lines of communication open. Only problem, was their lack of search capabilities. Took them a while to find a part, which they couldn’t. I then picked my car up , got on eBay and found the part within 5 minutes. It comes in less than a week. Why couldn’t they do that? They said they searched salvaged yards, the nations ‘fellow’ dealrships etc.
hmmmm... oh well, other than that I’m satisfied!
