I always find Olsen Auto Body employees to be very helpful, efficient, and friendly. My car looked so nice! I also appreciate that my car is spotless when I pick it up. I also love how you take care of the rental. It is so helpful.
I cannot imagine going anywhere else.

I couldn't have been happier with my experience at Olson. As a lifetime resident of Whatcom Co. (40yrs) , I've never been in an accident or needed Olsons services- having the unlucky experience of being rear ended TWICE in the same week- this was a transaction with a lot of ambiguity for all parties! However, Everyone I encountered at Olson from the front desk to the technicians were professional, knowledgable & unbelievable they completed the damage to my audi in just 2 days as promised!! And thankfully so because I couldn't wait to get the hell out of the rental Chrysler and back into my audi. Nice work- I will refer Olson always!

I believe that Olsen's did their best with the stone guard finish available. But the repair did not match the original finish. Having researched this it appears that the original finish was "Chip Stop" and sold under the brand name of Mar-hyde, a division of the Bondo Corp. Although this product may no longer be available similar products are available, the texture could have been tested first and adjusted before applying it to the lower rocker panel.

Believe it or not. ..... in the back seat we found an unopened bottle of Mrs. Butterworth maple syrup. No idea how it got there. We dont buy or use maple syrup of any kind. Guess youd have to ask whomever drove our Focus if theyre missing a bottle of syrup.
The dent repair is to our satisfaction.
