There were constant updates as to how the repairs on my car were progressing via email and texts. There were a few issues that hadn’t been fixed once I got my car back, but they were resolved quickly. The staff were very friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating to my needs.

Seroni, the man who’s as in charge of my vehicle did a wonderful job. He made sure I was always kept in the loops and left me multiple updates. He went above and beyond for me. I even got my vehicle back earlier than expected. I noticed when picking up my vehicle that my plate was loose, he went ahead and drove it back to make sure they put bigger bolts on to make it secure. He is wonderful. We need more Seroni’s in the world.

Took a very long time for minor repair. Additional issues when I went to pick up my car, no longer drive able e. Had to be towed to a mechanic. Was is perfect mechanical/driving order when I took my car in.
I opened the back/trunk area of my car and noticed an unopened box. I noticed it while I was at Higgins but was side tracked due to the fact my car was no longer drive able. I opened the box once I got my car repaired and home. It’s a car part, put in there by someone at Higgins, still the the box, not installed on my car sitting in the very back/trunk area of my car.
