One of the things I appreciate the most was how well they informed me of the progress of my vehicle. When they told the one part was delayed in arriving, but that they could have the vehicle operational to drive until the new part came in, I was so happy to be able to drive my own vehicle until it came. Then when it came, they gave me a chance to drive in, wait about 20 minutes while the part was installed, and drive home. I am so happy with how beautiful it turned out, and the kindness of your team. This is the second time I’ve had a reason to use Higgins and I think I’m a dedicated customer. Thank you so much.

The step plate that was ordered for my car was the wrong one, when this was pointed out to me, i was told a new one would be ordered that day and when delivered, installed at my house so the repair can be completed. I have recevied no other calls or notifications as to when this will be fixed, so i do not feel the repair is complete.
