The first i heard of the 3% credit card service charge was at the pay window when i picked up my car. At NO time before the was I informed of this policy. Had i know about it i would have brought cash. I had no choice but to pay the extortion above my $500 deductable. This deceptive bait & switch maneuver tainted my experience.

Yan was great to work with and very responsive and helpful. I appreciate his assistance in working with the insurance company and working us through the process of getting our car fixed. My only complaint is when we came to pick up the car, I had not realized that we could not pay with a personal check and both my husband and I were in a rush to get back to work. There was no flexibility in working with us given the situation and a bit of trust and understanding would have been appreciated and have gone a long ways.
