Everyone was professional and polite/helpful in the office. Everyone on the phone was great too. Literally the only negative I would speak on was that when I picked up my car and tried to drive home, a dashboard light came on and I had to leave my car at AC1 for more alignment checks. It was pretty flukey and everyone made sure it didn't happen a 2nd time, but my time and gas were wasted that day.

Overall I was satisfied with the customer care. There are two areas I have an issue. First, I am not sure how much the car was driven, or how much gas was on it, to begin with, but when I picked up the car the fuel warning light was on and we came close to running out of gas on the way to the gas station. We don't run our cars empty, so I am not sure what happened. Second, I am not sure if this falls in your area, but the vehicle now makes loud clunking noises going over almost any bump, and it never made that noise before the accident, how do I get that fixed?

I understand parts delay and shortage of staff…just wondering why I ALWAYS had to call to get an update when someone was suppose to call me back? Every time I called about something, I was told that someone would call me back. Never happened. That’s my only problem…please communicate with your customers to let them know what’s going on. Thanks

Since my vehicle was totalled, I really don't have feedback on the repair since there was none. However, I would have liked the customer service to be a little better. I heard nothing for 10 days about what was going on. I texted with no response, then called to find out status.
