The backup camera was unplugged, the passenger side rear bumper bolts weren't screwed in past half way, paint was torn off from masking and dtruck was delivered without this corrected in seceral spots. I needed to make a return trip to have the bolts tightened and waied about 45 minutes. Texh stripped one of them and this led to a delay. A seperate appointment is being set up with the estimator to have the paint danage repaired. The estimator and receptionist have been great but I'm surprised the truck was released with so many issues. The piece that holds the gas cap to the gas cap door was also missing and one was not available to replace it on site so this will have to be done when it returns for paint.

I had called other collision place and they couldn’t take my car for like 3 weeks or so, I contacted Auburn collision **** and they immediately wanted me to bring my car in. I was stressed about having to drive my damaged car on a donut around until it would be able to be repaired but that was not the case with Auburn collision ****. They immediately offered to take my car so I can get into a rental, they offered to call the rental car service for me and everything was stress free from there. Excellent communication and patience with us as sought regular updates on our case. Craftsmanship was outstanding and we were very nervous the unique paint profile would be very challenging to match perfectly but Collision **** absolutely nailed it. We couldn't spot a difference from the factory whatsoever. Reassembly was also excellent, with all seams and moldings aligned identically. While our repair took almost a month for a fairly minor fender bender, it was Collision ****'s commitment to the excellence; unwillingness to accept anything short of perfect that added to the repair time, and I will make that trade every single time.
