No problem with the repair itself, but it took a very long time to get the parts and complete the repair. I believe the car sat in your lot for about two months before repair could be started. We therefore had to pay for a rental car for a month.

My car’s breaks make a grinding noise after being in the shop for 6 weeks. I had to pay $1500 for 2 weeks of extra car rental due to delays. I was told that I can bring it back to get the brakes checked out and which I would like to but I am not able to find time to do it. This would also mean that I would possibly have to rent a car again if they need to retain my car. While the staff is very pleasant and courteous, the timeline to wait for repairs has been very costly and inconvenient.
