The rubber seal between the front and rear door (driver side) was not replaced as stated in the invoice. Also, while repairing the rear door (driver side), they created a new scratch on the rear corner panel (driver side). This is my second experience at Jim & Jacks. The first one was impeccable and excellent that’s why my decision on bringing it a second time. For my experience to be satisfactory, I need the rubber seal completely replaced by a brand new one as stated by the invoice. Also, I want the damage caused while at the repair shop to be fixed. My service advisor was Carlos Ku. I stated to him my dissatisfaction and he promised to call me whenever he has the missing piece so they can replace it. He also mentioned that he will take care of the scratch caused by the repair. However, this is word-of-mouth, I wasn’t given a receipt or anything. Carlos Ku, however, took pictures of both the damage and the undone repair. I want to trust Carlos Ku on his word, but I also want to be reassured that it will be all fixed. Also, as I was talking to Carlos Ku he mentioned that the repair for the scratch can take up to **** whole day which I don’t have a way of commuting since I won’t pay another deductible for my insurance just to get a rental. So, I will be needing a car.

Jerry, the Tesla specialist did an aoutstandinf job making the process quick and easy. He solved problems always with a great smile and nothing was too much trouble. He helped coordinate with the insurance company as this accident situation was not normal. (I hit my own car with another car I own).

Gabriel and the lovely ladies were all a pleasure to deal with. They’re personable & professional and care about their jobs and clients. The work performed on my vehicle was superb and I absolutely love the contact contact and updates. I love this shop and will continue to bring my vehicle here!
