Great job! One suggestion: make sure you’re keeping customers updated daily with the repair. The texts are a great tool, but only if they’re used. This is especially important if the repairs are taking longer than expected, for whatever reason.

The interior of my car has a very strong odor paint thinner. I have aired it out overnight and it is still there. I'm not sure that I can dryvit on a short trip today without making myself almost sick. I even thought they must have left a rag with paint thinner on it in the car somewhere. I've got to do something to get that odor out before I try to drive it to Slidell this afternoon. Any suggestions?

Upon driving my vehicle it shifted gears very hard. The rpm’s was going up to 4000 before shifting. The malfunction light and a tire light are lit on my dash as well. The body repair is satisfactory. I’ve called State Farm for direction.

I really appreaciated the fact that AVD kept me updated on the progess throuhout the repair process. My repairs were fantastic. Could not tell it had been damaged at all. There were a frw sctraches on hood that they didnt know were from accident and they took care of them right awsy. They buffed roggt out and I could not not even tell they were even there before. Thank you ACS!
