The staff was very pleasant from the moment I walked inside. The service was impeccable and I the repairs were completed in a timely manner. We were very pleased with the results as well as the service.

I was satisfied with the work and the fact that they kept me up to date on the progress of the repairs; however, they did not complete the work on time. When I brought it in for the estimate, I was told it would take 3 days. We rented a car for that timeframe. My repairs were not completed until 2 days after the promised date, which means we had to extend the rental for a full week. The rental company was kind enough to understand our situation.
