Excellent service from start to finish. Someone sideswiped my Jag whilst parked. Was recommended to utilize Jim's via Geico. Utilized Geico's Auto Repair Express. Very smooth process. Inspection completed on site, and then Jim's took over. Marco G informed me with on every step of the way - very efficient and timely service. Additionally, Jim's has a web service which breaks down the cost, estimated repairs and also provides a timescale for repair. All in all expeditious service with great results.
