It would be a good idea for the front office women at Jims to communicate with Geico before discussing the charges with the customer. They didn't have the correct information so the Geico employee had to correct it. I was almost charged for money I didn't owe due to uninsured motorists. That was my only issue. Otherwise everything was good.
