I appreciated the daily updates by text and customer service by phone but was very disappointed that when I got in my car to take home, I saw that my driver side window had a significant scrape (which was the side that had all the damage). This should have been caught in the final inspection before I was ready to drive away. The supervisor was apologetic but this now means I have to take time off from work to have it repaired. When an entire door receives significant damage, it would make sense to carefully examine the window to see if there is any damage prior to the final cleaning stage.
