I requested to have my car detailed because a soda has soilled all ove the floor in the front. When I picked up the car I could tell it wasn’t completed. When I went back in to ask, I was told a detail is vacuuming. A detail is shampooing the carpets and floor mats. I was told you don’t iwn a shsmpooer. I look at the sign on the wall and I see you do “detail services”. Very costly I might add. How can a detail not include shampooing the carpets? I was highly frustrated and that is very misleading. I will let my insurance company be aware of this. Thank you
