It was my first time coming here. My car got done earlier than expected. When I got it back, it looked amazing and it was cleaned on the inside and out. Looked great!

The work was very poorly done and I had to leave it again after being without a car for 6 business days. I was extremely disappointed at the fact that there were obvious shortcuts taken after having the car for so long. Tim Littmann(Production MGR) saw and confirmed my concerns. He said he's committed to making things right. Hopefully the repairs will be done correctly this time. To be totally honest and transparent, I would not take another car nor recommend Car Craft to anyone.
