Excellent customer service from the moment we called our claim in to this moment of inquiry on how our experience was. After an accident, everyone is thankful to be able to say they are physically ok but then the inconvenience comes in when the vehicle you rely on needs to be repaired. I enjoyed my experience. However, I was contacted I. The morning to pick up my car by 5 pm. I teach & cannot just leave my job on a whim and I don’t get off til 4:15. So if I didn’t already take off the day for another appointment I would have probably had to pick up my car the next day. People should be given more notice. Maybe the day before that the cat will be ready the next day. I was given updates but when it was time to pick up it was rather sudden. Other than that I loved my experience. Thank you.
