I had a great experience and would highly recommend Porter Body Shop. From the ease of getting the estimate, leaving the car, having the rental available, to the texted progress updates, I was well informed the whole time. Even when I picked up my car and had a concern, it was addressed immediately and to my satisfaction! The staff was very friendly and helpful. If the need arises where I would require a Body Shop again, I would definitely return to Porter!

Geico app was very frustrating telling me my truck was ready when it wasn’t. 3 times it stayed a pickup time only to have it changed. The first time I was in the shop to pick up my truck when I got the text that the pickup date was changed not happy with that at all. The truck looks good though

Skip sending out text messages. They only confuse when to pick up car! The message said to pick up my car on Friday. I went to Porter and my car was not ready. Very frustrating and a waste of my time. Very unhappy with the automatic text messaging.

I liked how the desk staff worked as a team with the automotive department in the garage/work area : it was clear to me that these people work well and communicate with each other because they kept us us to date with repair process in all areas.... financially, mechanically, time line of repair process, and procedures. Everyone was very patient and friendly. What a pleasant way to cancel out a stressful experience like a car accident! These people are professionals at body work repair AND interpersonal relationship repair !
