My car was never fully inspected as they would have seen the massive ammount of damage to the undercarriage. The inspector and mechanics clearly never hoisted the car up to attempt to make sure all damage was fixed

Although I did receive text updates, I feel that communication could be improved. The text updates were inaccurate with completion times and although the text stated someone would call if anything changed, I received no such calls. I was left wondering why my vehicle was not on time. Often I ended up calling myself which led to vague answers and promise that someone would call and update. Those calls never came. Otherwise, the in take procedure and overall work that was completed was great. In person, the employees were friendly and helpful.
