The team at Gunn not only met, but exceeded my expectations in every way. The repairs were prefect, the communication was constant and timely, and when other issues were identified after I picked my van up (not related to anything they did but a separate mechanical issue with the engine), they went way above and beyond to help me fix them. They are by far the friendliest and most professional repair experience I have ever had in my 51 years. I will recommend them to all my friends and anyone I meet who needs ant repairs. There are pitts in the paint job, additional small gouges on the edge of my hood and the repair that was supposed to be done on the hood is not complete. The dent was removed but the gouges were just painted over. I AM NOT PLEASED with the quality of your work!!!

I liked the daily updates, whether through a phone call or text. But for my other vehicle which has far more damage and thus concerns, I haven't heard much and initial estimate after a week clearly was just a quick visual pass over.
