One word does not describe how pleased i was with the service. I'm a woman and over time, occasionally have been forced to deal with patronizing staff. But, there was no evidence at Gunn collision. Brian was unfailingly attentive, courteous, informative. Without fawning. I am grateful. The work was performed exactly as expected. Ahead of schedule, without excuses. I was very impressed. But the best thing of all was the consistent electronic and human notifications throughout the repair process was a brilliant stroke. The customer is never given an opportunity to be kept in the dark or worse, to feel ignored. Whoever thought of this technique should get an enormous raise. Well done and thank you.

The initial paint did not match. The second try revealed the correct mix can match. Who accepted the first attempt for release. It took three trips to see an acceptable finish. Time will tell but the back door seems to have a problem closing.
