Unfortunately I've had to use Gunn Collinson several times and each and every time is the same. I'm greeted with smiling, courtesy, and very professional people. The lady at the desk are anyway very polite. I normally work with James in getting my vehicle repaired and he has always been very knowledgeable, professional, and attentive to my concerns. Hee kept me well informed on where my vechile was in the repair process. I experience at Gunn Collinson could not have went any better and i week defintly recommend my friends to Gunn Collinson.

One very minor thing: the rock protector film wasn't installed; I found it tucked into the passenger sun visor. I only mention it for your QC. Overall, I couldn't be happier with my repair.

Awesome customer service! The car looks great. My only negative comment is the new parts are grey vs black like the originals on the other side.
