It took a week longer than expected causing me to pay 286 extra for a rental car. My car has a constant ding noise since I picked it up that I will probably need to bring it back in for. I had terrible communication from the collision staff on when my car would be ready for pick up, and when I got there to pick up it wasn't finished with scratches still on the chrome that had to be wiped off and a mirror in my trunk.

The body work on my 2012 ford escape was performed with expertise and perfection. I am very satisfied with the work and the time it took to complete it. Although it wasn't finished by the orginial projected finish date, they did text me and/or call me with updates everyday. Travis was beyond amazing. His service from day **** took me over. I was so pleased with how he made sure my service was tip top. Now I will say this, when you pay all this money to get your car repaired, you'd expect it to be cleaned inside and out not just on the inside. That was the only thing that I wasn't reapply pleased with. I thought it would had been cleaned belting thst I was in the shop with all that dust other than that you guys are amazing
