When given an estimate on vehicle I was told certain parts would be remove and replace when I actually they were removed and repainted I could have save the money and took it somewhere a whole lot cheap

My kia soul was detailed before coming in for repair. When I picked it up there was sanding dust on the inside. No floor mat cover on drivers side was used. Dusty dirty foot prints. Dash covered in sanding dust. The hatch inside was even dirty. To top it all off I found a mud spreader orange in color in passenger floor board. It took nine days to do $1800 repair. No parts needed. Oh wait the rental car had expired tags.....

Really appreciated the updates on repair completion date and time. Also loved the interface with Enterprise, so I did not have to call them, even when additionally found damage caused a rental extension. My car was in top shape and CLEAN upon picking it up. Great service!
