Justin did a great job. Had my car there when it was craft collision. Didn't realize lynchburg collision and craft collision were the same. Was truly going to leave at that point. Talked to Justin, decided to give it a shot. He promised I would have a totally different experience than the last time and it was. He called me and updated me. My car was ready early. It was clean when I got it back. He even called the next day to check on everything. Great customer service Justin just one thing... can you teach any of this to Jordan? Haha. Some things you'll never forget!

My vehicle repair was great. Vehicle looks great. But the communication left a lot to be desired. I would get text alerts that my vehicle was ready but I would call and they would say they were waiting on insurance company. I didn't like the run around that I felt I received. If they had just been honest about the date to pick up it would have been fine. But they would say one thing and then cover up with excuses when it didn't happen. I called the insurance company and they told me paperwork for final approval was sent on the day we were told we could pick up. So of coarse I listened to an excuse why when really you should have just said we just sent in paperwork. Honesty is always best.
