Thanks for getting my car done so quickly! The staff were friendly at the front desk, as was Steve. He was quite helpful and informative when I went in to assess the damage and repair. Extra thanks given for letting me know Kias and Hyundais have been targeted in particular, it's good to know.
Initial paperwork was simple and went by quickly, facilities were clean and quite nice, and wait time wasn't long.
I mentioned it to the front desk when I came to pick up my car, if it's broken into again, I know where to go. ???? Thank you again!

My contact Zack abruptly disappeared so I was left with no updates on my vehicle. He promised me an update Thursday afternoon with likely vehicle completion on friday. No call or text. It wasn't until the following Monday that I learned he was away for the entire week and that my vehicle would take yet another week to complete the repairs.
