Mi camioneta habría la puerta trasera con el control cuando fui a recoger me dijeron que eso no era parte del arreglo la persona que me atendió fue muy grosera desde el primer día que dejé lla camioneta cuando le dije no hablo inglés totalmente me ignoró y me dijo deja las llaves en recepción estoy muy arrepentida de aver dejado mi camioneta con ustedes eso es una falta muy grande y yo tonta aún así dejé mi camioneta en el momento que ella fue tan grosera hubiera tomado mi carro eh ir a otro lugar hubiera sido lo mejor cuando fui por mi camioneta ella me la entregó y dijo que eso no era para reparación yo no pedí el accidente y mi camioneta no la dejaron como era antes cosa que NO les importó yo le comete a la secretaria que fue quien me recibió todo le dije que antes de llevarles la camioneta pasé a mi casa a bajar el mandado y la camioneta ya no se pudo abrir y bajé todo por las puertas de los lados le dije que la camioneta se jalaba después del choque y aún lo hace como si me fueran empujando se detiene y de eso ni me dijo nada que ella solo le dijeron cambia lo golpeado pero mi camioneta no está bien ????????
