Does not keep you updated on what's going on, I always had to call myself to ask. Told me a date when it would be ready, but then pushed it another week, then another week, and I wouldn't have found out if I didn't have to call for updates. So what I was told would of been a week repair, took 3 weeks and almost tried for 4. After I finally got my car back in the day, I found out at night that they didn't even connect the tail light back in, later telling me "maybe it was just loose and unplugged in movement", but no, it was tucked under the harness of the car so over all, it was a headache dealing with all this.
