Everything was beautiful body and paint wise but inside has fine film of white paint dust and smells of paint I didn't say anything cause was running behind schedule and not a big deal will still go back if need body shop but hopefully won't need one. Just a minor detail that was overlooked happy with job keep up good work Sincerely Bob G

I came in on Saturday, 5 Nov for 2 hour appointment to replace the driver side blind spot window seal. After 2 hours, they said it needed to have the glass guy take care of it and that it would be ready Tuesday, 8 NOV. Tuesday came and I was told that it would be 3 more days and to check back Thursday, 10 NOV. I called on Thursday and I was told maybe Friday but probably Monday, 14 NOV. I called on Monday and was told Tuesday, 15 NOV in the afternoon. I called on Tuesday and received zero response. I then called on Wednesday, 16 NOV and shortly thereafter received a call saying it was ready for pickup. I arrived to take possession of my vehicle and window seal was replaced; and noticed it had 6 miles added to the odometer, for a distance on only .4 to .5 miles to the body shop where work was being performed, this 6 miles seemed 3 times as much as a reasonable amount for such a short trip. Nobody knew why the you extra mileage had gotten there. The Interior around the repaired area had visible damage, the interior appeared to have water spots along entire driver side area and entire front passenger/driver section was dusty, as of left to the elements for an amount of time. New part was ordered and I departed back to work. Once back at work, I opened my trunk to put items in and the trunk operation was noticeably louder. I had another person with a Challenger operate the trunk and he noticed the loudness and also the difficulty in getting the trunk to latch. After this incident, I then further inspected my vehicle and found masking tape on bottom of left muffler, driver rear fender wheel well panel loose, and further validated the trunk now failing to operate as it previously did. I drove back to Service center and spoke with a manager who had no answers as to why my trunk would operate different, why my wheel well panel was loose. He told me the body shop manager could answer my questions, so I drove to the body shop and proceeded to talk to the manager and according to his records, the trunk was not involved in any of the repair work and the extra mileage was due to the service center. The body shop manager offered to clean up interior, fix wheel well issue, and adjust trunk (did not fix issue). * All management and technicians I spoke to were all courteous and professional My perception is that my vehicle was negligently handled and sustained some form of damage that also had to be repaired along with the window. My experice has left me questioning whether I can trust Chapman with any future service. Nobody had satisfactory answers as to why the long delay for a piece of glass replacement and paint around the area. Nobody had answers to extra mileage. Nobody had answers to why they would need to open the driver rear wheel well panel. Nobody could tell me why my trunk was now not functioning properly, or why the interior of my car had water spots all along drivers side area and dust.

Front bumper was not checked and rear gate was poorly adjusted and parking brake cable was left hanging down. Difficult to get updates on repair progress.

I appreciated the updates on the progress of the repair. The repair was also completed to my satisfaction. Great customer service too. My only complaint is it would have been nice to have both sides of the car washed and detailed, not just the side with the repair.

My car was in the body shop due to very unfortunate circumstances, however dealing with mr christie mad the nightmare situation into a great experience, he communicated with me throughout the entire repair process which spanned two months, he was always upfront, honest, and went above and beyond, the professionalism and treatment i got from mr christie was far superior then when i take my other vehicle to mercedes for service, they could could definitely take some pointers from him, the car turned out great, he and his team did an amazing job, hopefully im not in thr need for a body shop anytime soon but if did i wouldnt want anyone but mr christie and his team to do the repairs
