I was amazed at how simple the entire process was. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful, I had the same contact throughout the whole process, and my car looks wonderful. I was also amazed to see that the interior had been vacuumed and wiped down. The staff apparently found some cash in my car as well, which they left in the vent so I would see it right away. They even helped me handle my rental car!
