I rented a car and on the day I was to get my car returned—based on Carstar estimate of work, I was advised that I could not get my car back for another three days. I was told because it was their mistake that they would pickup the additional charges I would face for rental. However, when my car was returned we were told we’d have to take it up with the rental agency. It seems to me as though Carstar does not intend to pick up the theee extra days of rental. The repair is fine but the situation with the additional rental expenses is not.

There is no surprise, now that I have had my car repaired with Carstar, why all the ratings are superior!! From start to finish, the service has been exceptional, arranged for a super convenient rental car to be delivered to Carstar, and I could leave it at Carstar when I was finished. The timing was excellent, it wasn't dragged out. I appreciated the text updates on the vehicle. Informing me of when the work would be finished, or if it was on track or not. Excellent service from start to finish excellent excellent! The work on the vehicle, is superior! It looks like brand new!
