I thought the entire experience went about as well as could be expected. Courtney was very nice and everything she committed to was achieved or overachieved. The team at Carstar was very efficient, very helpful in calling Enterprise, so I didn’t have to miss much work, while waiting.
Courtney also gave me updates on my vehicle several times and was very fast to respond to my emails when my fleet needed more information.
My car was very clean, and swept out, even the rear cargo,, and when I picked my car up, and had to transfer all of my sales things from the rental, a random employee that was moving another car offered to help.
Very friendly, and efficient and helpful staff.
