Better contact about when car would be ready. i was not kept informed and had to keep calling to obtain information. The original date and time that was promised but was not met. which happens but a phone call updating me would have been appreciated. However, the repair/paint work itself was very good and the truck was detailed/cleaned very nicely. I am pleased. Thank you

Fernando came and did a quick estimate and accurate estimate on the damage made to my car by another driver. I explained that the person I had the accident with did not want to deal with insurance. Fernando talked to his manager and accepted the payment to them directly by check. Fast and easy. There is no way to tell my car was ever in a shop other than the fact that it was given back to me clean inside and out.
