Anthony really cares about each customer's satisfaction.
Appreciate that my Volt looked brand new when I got it back, earlier than expected. Little touches like the Armor-All on the tires, and the vacuuming, are appreciated. Had to rearrange stuff in my hatchback "trunk" a bit, but I guess you needed to get in there. Not enough to complain about.
Fernando delivered, and went above and beyond. He helped me out today too, almost a week after the car was delivered, with some things that he did as a courtesy at my request. Please let him know I appreciate that you guys are professional, courtesy, and do go the extra mile.

I had a door replaced.
It feels like a huge mistake that no one from Blake's actually got in the car and used the door. I found out the day after getting my car from the shop that the door doesn't open from the inside.
