Car was finished on time and was nicely finished. HiwecerI had to bring it in twice for an estimate because a lot of damage was missed On the first estimate. That was a bit embarrassing . I had to go back and tell the person that the first estimate was way off.

My car was initially brought in on a Monday for repairs to the front number & grille, the hood and the rear bumper with an expectation to receive car back by Friday which was good to hear, then I got a call that car was ready much sooner which was good to hear. Then on Wednesday I was called and told the technician completely missed the rear bumper repair on the estimate which bothered me but I accepted it. Car was picked up on Thursday and it was noticed that the repair on the hood did not seem to have been buffed or whatever should have been done was not done very well because imperfections were noticed and brought to the attention of the estimator . Also, the rear bumper accessory was not on the car so we were to come back the next week to have hood smoothed out and have the bumper accessory put on. Another item that had been requested to looked at and minor repair was in the arm of the driver side door. I believe some calls were made concerning the repair of it. After returning to have the hood re-smoothed, the rear number accessory was added. Now here is my problem. The accessory that was placed on is not on smooth. It is bumpy as though the surface was not cleaned before it was placed. That area was always smooth since I purchases the car. I did not like the feel of it or the look. I have not spiked to the estimator because I looked at the rear bumper once I got home. I was expecting to hear from her by email by the end of the workday. So, since I received this text, this is a good time to speak of. this. I would like the rear bumper accessory rmivec, the area properly cleaned, smoothed down without the bumpy imperfections that now there. The estimator has my contact information. Thank you Jean F

There seemed to be management turnover, and they had to re-do the work essentially. The last manager I dealt with tried to get things straignt, and was helpful. But overall, it was a disappointing experience as I am used to dealing with the Lexus service people, who are generally quite good.

The repair is pretty good and I appreciate that my car was delivered to me on time. However, the front desk was not professional. When I told her that I left my work card in my car and need to get it before work, she told me my car had been moved and they closed at 5:30. Actually my car was still there and the closing time is 6pm. When I called to ask when I can pick up my car, she said that my car couldn't be picked up on the day that was promised because I dropped off on Wednesday. But actually I dropped off on Tuesday. I'm glad everything finally works out and I'm satisfied with everything else.

My car was towed to the shop on 12/7 with minor damage, it took until 12/21 for completion. I am taking my vehicle to be inspected to make sure there is no further repair needed as I am not 100% confident with service received. I will say Sarah was very professional, I certainly understand a delay but 2 weeks for minor damage is unacceptable. Perhaps hiring more staff to accommodate customers would be helpful. Communication from Len Stoler was non-existent. Not one was I updated about the progress of my repairs. Every conversation was initiated by me. I was told the repair would take 2 weeks. After two weeks, I called to inquire about my car and was told that they had found additional damage and needed to get approval. It took another 2 weeks and numberous calls for me to get my car. Each call that I made was after I had been promised an update, which never occurred. I was not calling excessively - I only called AFTER Len Stoler had failed to call me. I actually feel that if I didn't start contacting Len Stoler, my car would still be there. Len Stoler had originally told me that I would get updates through CarWise. Except for an introductory text and one other cryptic text that appeared to be sent to the wrong person, I received nothing.

Customer service was excellent. Courteous friendly. My only concern is that I was not notified when the estimate was not received. I found out when I called for my vehicle. After that was cleared up it just got better. Amanda and the young lady at the front desk were awesome. All staff encountered were awesome. Wonderful service
