i assume all is ok with my car but I've only had it a few hours and have not been able to see the repairs in sunlight. However, assuming all is well with the repairs I was pleased with the speed with which the repairs were completed and it was delivered when I was told it would be available. My vehicle was completed in one week and it took 2 weeks and a half to release my vehicle to me. Plus my paint job was overlap and I had to tell them to fix it right. My vehicle was a diesel and it should have been plugged in when I picked it up but it wasn't it was a hard to start and they did not help me get it started. I was very disappointed. It's not the same people that I used to deal with years ago the people's out there now really don't care.

It was well over 5 weeks before the repair was completed. Did not inform me that the headlights were no longer matching and did not discuss with me prior to completion. When my case tranisitoned to a new sevice person (apparently the oriiginal service person I was in contact with all of a sudden no longer worked there), no one informed me nor did they keep me abreast of the current state of repairs. Although the repairs were completed satisfactorily, the experience would have been much more pleasant had there been more communication.

Dear Len Stoler Collision Team, My brother, Jacob, works for Len Stoler Lexus. When he walked me over and introduced me to Sarah I knew right away it was going to be a win for me and my family. Likewise, I knew my vehicle was in good hands. Right away, the customer service was excellent. Sarah described the whole process from initial look over to the end. She stayed on top of everything and kept me in the loop during the entire process. Even when the insurance adjuster had to return for your collision center found additional damage -- Sarah was on top of it, let me know that he was coming. Once he came she filled me in on the additional damage and cost over my deductible. Long story short, her excellent work ethic combined with her always cheerful attitude invoked confidence that my vehicle was getting the best service. Thank you very much Len Stoler Collision Team. I was definitely satisfied but not completely satisfied. But because of the way the question was worded, I couldn't say no. My main issue was the timing. It was abt 3 weeks to a month before it was finished and the prices for the work is steep. The staff was nice and friendly. Thank u for your services. I'm grateful!

While the Collision Shop n Sarah was wonderful in accommodating me the car had to go to the ford body shop for two recalls and oil change. The fluids ( window cleaner) were not topped off n doors would not lock. Would only llock with the key. Which mean they were in the unlocked position while driving. Brought back and they were helpful in proving a rental and correcting the repairs. Car returned that day. The next day the car would not start. Both departments blame the other. Will purchase a battery and have another Ford dealer put in but i will never come back to the Service department at Lenster !

I received a text confirming that my car was picked up--which would have been great, except that I had NOT done so. When I called to clarify, the collision center staff couldn't find my car. Some hours (and aggravation) later, it was found to be in the Service Department. This was legitimate since the car apparently was showing a trouble light on the dashboard. However, the fact that I was wrongly informed of the status of the car, followed by the Collision Center not knowing where the car was, was unacceptable. For a couple of hours there I feared my car had been stolen off of your lot. I have no problem with the repair work done, but your communication leaves much to be desired. You're right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing, so to speak. You have probably forever turned me off of using your collision center again.
