Unfortunately (on my part not yours), this was my fourth experience with Pro-Tech. From intake of the car to completion the Pro-tech staff is top notch. I do not know who owns the company but they can be proud of the level of customer service and workmanship they provide.

Had to wait an hour upon arrival to pick up my vehicle because there was a scuff mark on the side panel and the trunk lid did not close smoothly. The scuff was buffed out and the latch was adjusted. The shift lock release cover had been removed during the repair and not replaced. Found the cover in the console. The back seat and trunk area had not been cleaned after the repairs and there was still sticky tape on the rear corner panel that had to be removed. Lots of hand and foot prints on the back seat leather that had to be cleaned.
The repairs appear to be good - seams are aligned and consistent, did not observe any difference in the paint from old to new. I'm happy with the overall repair. Can't give an outstanding for the effort because of the dust and debris in the trunk and back seat.

My daughter's vehicle was repaired by Pro-Tech. It was her first experience as a vehicle owner dealing with collision repair. It went smoothly, and the vehicle was completed two days under schedule. We are very pleased. Also, Pro-Tech is our preferred service shop. We have used them three times before this incident.
