Customer support is horrible. Never recieved an update to the status of the repairs. I called on the initial scheduled completion date before lunch, I was told that I will be contacted when the car is ready. Well, I still have to coordinate the rental return or extension and I have to plan the trip from my work to pick up the vehicle. I did not recieve a call back that day. The next day, I had to call again in the morning. Was told the same story. Late that day I was finally called with an update, the car will be delayed for 3 days until Monday. Ok, delays happen. Monday comes, no call or update. By this time I said scew it, waste of my time to call. Tuesday comes and I get a call, but apparently I was suppose to recieve a check from my insurance company to bring for payment. I did not know this was planned, I half blame my insurance for not notifying me but also pro-tech for also not telling me this. The quality of the repair looks great, howevwr the front desk is the weakness of the company. Compared to other car repair facilities, this one is at the bottom due to customer service alone.

Great job. The front desk people were great. Answered all my questions and had grat personalities. I was comfortable in leaving my truck. The Service techs were great to and also answered all my questions. Please let Enterprise know that the person who handled the rental car for me has great customer service skills and well represented enterprise.

Entire process was seamless. From the staff I spoke with, the text updates, and the entire staff that worked magic on my car to make it look great again. Yes, the car looks better now than it did prior to the accident. Whom ever took part in working on the car.... they can really work wonders and are an asset to the company! The front desk staff was professional and helpful along with the staff who did the final walk around my car at pick up. Should I need a future repair I would return or at least recommend this company.

Whatever you have to pay to keep the pro tech collision team together I would suggest you pay them. All joking aside what you have going on works!! I can be the picky when it comes to my vehicles. I know I am not the easiest to deal with sometimes and openly admit it. Mike Webster....that guy, has my business for as long as he wants it, period end of story, need I say more? Eva...perfect, great, excellent!! When I call and she answers the phone it's almost a sigh of relief, I know that my conversation will be easy, smooth....with most respect its almost like calling your mom, just easy!! Oh and to pick up a clean truck when it was filthy when I dropped it off because the weather had been horrible....who do I pay?!? In all seriousness, your business model is excellent, it works, don't change it. Continue to treat your customers with respect and the one on one attention and the sky is the limit. Thanks Protech.
