I keep my car's very clean and take pride in my autos. This car was so dirty with white dust upon pick up. My insurance paid you $8,500.00 to fix this car, it should have been returned, no only repaired but as clean as it was at delivery to your shop. Over the past year, I have had my Mercedes repaired twice at your store, and my wife's VW, all repairs under $****,000 and cars were returned beautifully. My $8,500 repair was unacceptable and very wrong. State Farm offered to have the dealership repair it and I picked your store over the dealership based on past experience. Hopefully, I will not need to revisit, but will work with dealership moving forward, not your store.
