The work was great and completed in a timely manner, but the communication on the status of my car was horrible. I dropped it off Monday and was told I would get an update Tuesday. Friday I finally received an update via text that my car would be ready July 5. A few hours later my insurance adjuster emailed me and said the car would be ready soon and my rental was approved through July ****. Around 4 pm I got a call my car was ready that day, June 28. Talk about being way off on timing. The rest of my experience was great, though.
