Service King Plainfield

This shop should be avoided. Horrible experience at every level. It started off with the rude receptionists and the clerical error of the spelling of my name which caused them to doubt who I was and question why I was dropping off my car when I did. Next, the non-stop text messages coming from several different area codes from outside our area. Daily texts that the car would be delivered tomorrow....then the next day...etc. this went on for two weeks. A simple job took almost 2.5 weeks to complete. Work was sloppy all around...overspray, unpainted parts, scratched moulding. Then to top it off, they ripped the dealer logo from the rear trunk exposing and leaving behind the adhesive. Why was this necessary? It wasn't. This area had nothing to do with the repair. Finally, "manager" lied when I called are reported car had low battery from not being started. Manager claimed the car was driven "several times" that day. She didn't realize that the car has a full tracking system that shows the car was started only once for a 3 minute period. I'll never use Service King or Car Care Collision again. Hopefully I'll never have to use the "warranty"....

Only one issue with my controls for my window and door lock I think they had to put it back in but the buttons are sticking
